What parts of yourself have you learned to quiet in order to belong? Join Ani Djirdjirian for a 90-minute Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey exploring the relationship between your body, your breath, and your voice. Through guided movement, meditation, and breathwork, you'll have space to slow down, turn inward, and explore the patterns that shape how you express yourself, connect with others, and show up in the world.
As we approach the holiday season, this journey offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself before stepping back into familiar dynamics and expectations. Whether you're navigating a transition, longing to express yourself more freely, or simply curious about what you might discover when you give yourself space to feel, you're welcome here.
We'll close with a group integration reflection, allowing time to process your experience and connect with others.
No prior breathwork experience is necessary. Come as you are, and give yourself permission to listen inward.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or have certain other medical conditions.

About Ani: Ani Djirdjirian (she/they), founder of Awaken With Ani, is a first-generation Armenian American singer/songwriter, somatic breathwork practitioner, speaker, and co-host of Healing Loudly: The Podcast. Growing up navigating heritage and assimilation in New York City, Ani came to understand how inherited patterns of fear, shame, and survival live in the body and shape our voices, self-expression, and sense of belonging. With an MSW and over a decade of study in trauma, somatics, breathwork, and the multidisciplinary applications of the voice, she brings together these elements to guide people back home to their truest selves.
