HIIT Pilates, Mat Pilates & Sculpt Instructor

Yoga Space is more than a studio — it’s a vibrant, growing community built around energy, rhythm, connection, and presence. We’re looking for an instructor who can deliver high-quality classes that challenge and inspire, while still holding space for students to feel safe, welcome, and fully seen.

We’re not looking for performers, we’re looking for teachers who can lead with clarity, heart, and power.

  • We’re currently hiring for:

    • HIIT Pilates — high-energy, rhythm-based movement, designed to challenge and empower
    • Mat Pilates — classic format, breath-driven and form-focused, with your own creative edge

    Both styles should be strong, engaging, and accessible to a mixed-level student base.

    • Solid teaching experience in either HIIT or Mat Pilates

    • Clear cueing, musicality, pacing, and timing

    • Have experience teaching in NYC studios at least 1 year

    • Are open to subbing and growing into regular classes

    • Understand how to build community, not just deliver a workout

    • Weekly and sub opportunities across multiple NYC locations

    • Supportive leadership team & onboarding

    • Potential for rate increases based on performance, consistency, and community response

Content Creator (Yoga & Wellness Focus) - APPLICATIONS CLOSED

We're looking for a Content Creator with a strong visual eye, strategic mindset, and storytelling instinct to help us shape our digital presence across platforms.

    • Create engaging, authentic, and mission-aligned content (video, photo, text) for Instagram, email, and digital campaigns.

    • Manage content calendars in collaboration with the team.

    • Work closely with our founder and studio managers to translate our unique energy into content.

    • Capture on-brand visuals in our studios (occasional on-site shoots in Brooklyn/LIC).

    • Help us launch and grow a presence for our upcoming Greenwich Village and Manhattan locations.

    • You’re creative, but also strategic.

    • You know what performs well on Reels, but also what reflects integrity.

    • You understand yoga culture (ideally are part of it!) and how to speak to both new and experienced practitioners.

    • You’re resourceful, reliable, and bring ideas — not just tasks.

    • Familiarity with yoga, Pilates, or wellness spaces.

    • Experience working with small businesses or startups.

    • Video editing (mobile or desktop), strong visual style, and/or photography skills.

Studio Support Staff (Greenwich) - Applications Closed

We're looking for grounded, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to help support the flow of our studios. This is a paid, behind-the-scenes role that directly contributes to the calm, clean, and intentional energy our students feel when they walk through the door.

We are looking for someone able to work 1-2 weekly shifts.

    • Maintaining studio cleanliness before/after classes

    • Resetting props and supplies between classes

    • Light laundry duties

    • Watering plants, tidying storage, supporting studio needs as they arise

    • Welcoming students and assisting with light front desk support as needed

    • Hourly pay (rate shared during application)

    • 20% discount on retail items/workshops/retreats

    • Deeper involvement in the Yoga Space community

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Warm, calm, and reliable energy

    • Able to stay grounded in a fast-paced environment

    • Someone who loves being part of a team and showing care through action
