We’re excited to open our newest studio in the heart of Manhattan. Unlike our other locations, this space features two studio rooms – white for calm and meditation, black for energy and transformation.

17-foot ceilings and extra-large south-facing windows fill the space with amazing light all day.
2 blocks from the G train at Nassau & Greenpoint Ave. Citibike on the corner. L train 0.7 miles away. Less than a mile from the India Street Ferry. 3 blocks from waterfront parks (Transmitter, McCarren, McGorlick).

Our space features panoramic windows, noise-insulating glass, and plants throughout. Daylight creates tranquility. The outside world stays outside.
