We’ll be staying at The Nomadic Hotel, a beautifully designed boutique hotel in Nosara, just a short walk from the beach. Expect warm air, tropical greenery, easy mornings, deep evenings, and that rare feeling of finally having enough space to breathe.

Each day will have a soft but intentional rhythm. Mornings begin with mantra or meditation, followed by an energizing flow class or group fitness. After breakfast, the day opens up for beach time, surfing, shopping, rest, massage, or exploring. Evenings bring us back together with restorative practice, dinner, and time to simply enjoy where we are.

This retreat is structured enough to feel held, but spacious enough to actually relax.
