Within each of us lives the child we once were- curious, tender, playful, and full of wonder. Over time, life’s noise can distance us from that part of ourselves. This workshop is an invitation to return- to listen inward, to honor your story, and to meet your inner child with compassion and love.
We’ll begin with guided journaling and heart-centered circle sharing, creating space for reflection, release, and connection. From there, we’ll move into a soothing Yin yoga practice- a gentle surrender into stillness that allows your body to integrate the emotions and insights that arise.
Through this sacred blend of reflection, community, and restorative movement, you’ll be guided back to the innocence and wisdom of your inner child- the one who still knows how to feel deeply, dream freely, and love without condition.

About Ilana:
Ilana comes from a dance background that has taken her through college, across the states, and overseas. By earning her 200-hour Vinyasa certification in 2020, she discovered her greatest passion: teaching. Ilana is also certified in Prenatal, Yin, and Restorative, as well as Yoga Sculpt. She is currently pursuing her birth doula certification.
Ilana firmly believes that Yin Yoga teaches us the power in slowing down. In her class, you can expect to explore your internal landscape of mind and heart… through the external practice of physical poses. By holding each pose for 2-5 minutes, you will work into the space between fascia and bone, expand your tolerance for discomfort, and ultimately find a profound sense of release and restoration
