Many trainees join the program simply to deepen their own practice or to better understand yoga as a way of life. You don’t need to plan on teaching professionally to benefit from this training. That said, learning to teach is an important part of the curriculum and one of the most powerful ways to embody what you’re learning. Guiding others helps you find your voice, refine your understanding, and build confidence in your own practice. Even if you never lead a public class, you’ll leave with skills that enrich how you communicate, hold space, and connect with others in every part of your life.
-
We expect to have around 15-20 students in the cohort. We have a maximum class size of 25.
You’ll also become part of a dedicated community of trainees and teachers who learn, practice, and evolve together. The friendships and shared experiences formed within the cohort often become one of the most meaningful aspects of the journey.
-
