In this empowering workshop, you’ll learn how to safely activate, strengthen, and restore your core and pelvic floor muscles through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum. Led by pre & postnatal coach Natalie, this workshop will combine practical movement, evidence-based guidance, and real-talk about what your body is going through — with no shame, no pressure, and definitely no need to “bounce back.”

About Natalie: Natalie is a certified personal trainer, yoga & Pilates teacher, and pre/postnatal wellness coach with over a decade of experience in health & fitness. After becoming a mother, she discovered her passion for helping fellow moms reconnect with their bodies and rediscover their inner strength. Motherhood cracked her wide open — and she used that crack to let the light in. Her bold, loving coaching style blends movement, mindfulness, and humor to help moms ditch the guilt, embrace the chaos, and feel powerful in their perfectly imperfect bodies. Natalie is happiest when she’s dancing with her husband and daughter, laughing with her clients, or helping another mama realize she’s a superhero underneath it all. Her daily power-ups? Tinted chapstick, a killer playlist, and the belief that your strength starts from within.
